	Captain Funktastic was once a normal, mild-mannered citizen.  
That was before he stumbled across a spilt chemical, Funkinium 75.  
The Funkinium coursed through his veins, turning him from zookeeper 
to defender of the innocent, those whose rights to be funky are being 
endangered.  With his Magical Afro Wig and Sentient Platform Shoes of 
Justice, Funktastic is always ready to outfunk the enemy.
